But I have run Fallout 4 and I got a INI files in my documents so I dont understand why it doesnt work. I went back to the instructions on how to mod, and went through the motions of editting the "ini" files that were labeled as configuration files with the necessary text. Now, I know that mods have worked on this computer in the past, but it broke and the OS reinstalled, so I had to start from scratch. Unhelpful, as I run Fallout 4 and this persists, but since when are instructions from these types of errors ever helpful. ![]() Essentially, when I launch up Nexus Mod Manager, I get this: 2) Place all the mod files in its own Data folder, in this example create a folder named 'Data' and place the file 'My Mod.esp' and all of its loose folders (Meshes, Sounds, Textures, etc) inside, EXCEPT custom folders or files like 'F4SE' or 'MCM' those are always better left as loose files. I've run into a very frustrating problem. 1) Go to Steam and install the Fallout 4 Creation Kit.
